At Villa Amikos, our primary goal is to ensure your event is held with impeccable professionalism and high standards. For this reason, we prefer to manage the entire process personally with our expert team.
Beyond being less economical due to the additional costs of external logistics, technical equipment, and personnel, DIY (Do-it-Yourself) rental methods often involve challenging and risky conditions for the host. To ensure you have a seamless experience where you can simply enjoy the moment, we manage every detail of the organization through our own professional network and expertise.

During our initial consultation, we listen to your dreams and create a customized concept and budget plan for you. We stay in constant communication throughout the preparation stage to ensure your day goes perfectly.
WHERE IS VILLA AMIKOS LOCATED AND HOW IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
Our venue is located in the Beykoz district of Istanbul, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. It is easily accessible via private vehicles and shuttle services.
WHAT IS YOUR VENUE CAPACITY?
Our capacity varies depending on the type of event (seated dinner or cocktail) and the season. We are at minimum 50 maximum 300 people capacity. You can review our capacity plan for detailed information or contact us directly.
IS THERE PARKING AND VALET SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Being the only venue in our area provides our guests with the advantage of easy parking. Additionally, professional valet services can be provided upon request to ensure the utmost comfort for your guests.
CAN WE HAVE A MENU TASTING?
